It's a good place for a casual drink at the bar, play some pool and meet new people and the locals are very welcoming and friendly, if you should happen to go to this place I guarantee you you will make some friends and possibly have a wonderful time.

Great karaoke on Friday nights with Miss Sammi. Starts around 8 p.m. till midnight and they have pool tables and food trucks and a huge outdoor seating area. The bar is not real large itself. The people are great. Very good singers at karaoke. 420 friendly, there was a big sponsored event going on the night I went. Plenty of parking. Oh yeah, cheapest beer anywhere. Lots of beers on tap and plenty of bottled. Even my favorite IPAs.

Everything we were looking for in Woodlake. Had a lot of fun - live music, good beer, played some pool, and enjoyed a good atmosphere. I’ll be visiting the Dead Rat next time I’m in Woodlake. Not bad for the only watering hole in town. I recommend.

Great hidden gem here. Cold Brews at a great price. Friendly People. Unreal Hamburgers and Potato Salad. I had the Steak Sandwhich and it was packed. Pool table and live local music. A Great place to gather inside or out. I have been a repeat customer and will continue to do so...

This place has a really awesome outdoor area with a series of pub tables and further back there are several large group size tables perfect for a concert or large event. When I first visited, there was a beautiful Breeze and a great band playing all kinds of great hits. Friday nights are Karaoke nights from 8pm to Midnight and let me tell ya, it's a BLAST of fun. Everyone is encouraging and the vibe is as close to heaven as I can express. They make you feel at home. Lina the bartender is the coolest gal ever! They have 2 pool tables as well. If I'm there, they only have one table. As I'm playing on one of them knocking out all the challengers. Jk. Drinks range from $2 to $6 each. Friday nights they have tacos and quesadillas out back for an affordable price.

Forget about your city life. Come where the people are people and not the phony aristocrats that they think they are. Daisy dukes or black tie affair you will enjoy yourself. Come this Sunday and enjoy the music with fire on the Mountain band from 3 to 7 PM September 5, 2021. Enjoy the atmosphere, your bartender and meet new friends. You will love it. The food is delicious. Plenty of room for dancing and kicking your heels up.

If what you want is to go drink your beer in peace in a nice Ambience with no drama then I recommend this place they also have hot dogs and Tacos in the weekend nice friendly staff my favorites are Lena and Lucio they're always so attentive and always serve you with a smile & good attitude which i think is Very VERY Important! Anyways they also have a bonfire to get warm and the Patriots there will give you a homey, family-like Vive.

Don't let the rough exterior fool you! The people, the food, the drink, and of course the music at Dead Rat are all that matter. We came for an early dinner and music and had the ribeye sandwich and potato salad which were absolutely delicious. Shout out to the band Moose Crossing for raising the roof!

My Son (Jon) had his birthday party there, the people were amazing and very friendly. I will go there again with my son. Great times, you all need to go check it out for a good time. Thank you, Son, for the amazing time. I love you xoxoxo
